I have been fortunate to discover my entrepreneurial spirit and explore many avenues and practices.

My journey has been filled with challenges, but I have found inspiration in my perseverance, drive, and commitment to discovering my flow and helping others do the same. For me, the path to fulfillment and purpose began with IMPACT Personal Safety of Colorado, where I started as a student, grew into an instructor, and eventually became Executive Director. From there, I transitioned into a more spiritual space as a life coach, healer, author and speaker. Through it all, I have been driven by a deep desire to empower others to live authentically and confidently.

I like to think of myself as a "reluctant leader," and I strive to lead by example as the CEO of Power of XYZ Inc., a media and production consultation agency. My core values include compassion, empathy, understanding, resourcefulness, humility, and respect, and I try to infuse these values into every aspect of my work and personal life. I am proud to lead a team and company that embodies these values, creating a culture where each individual is valued, understood, and encouraged. By fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, we have built a team of resourceful and creative individuals who take great pride in their work, growth, and journey.

In my free time, I love to explore new ways to develop myself and help others discover their own paths. Helping others is a passion of mine, and I'm always looking for new ways to hone my skills and express myself creatively. I'm endlessly curious about what makes us tick, and I love to delve into topics that challenge my thinking and broaden my perspective.

Enjoying quality time with the people who matter most in my life is one of my favorite life experiences. I have an amazing group of family, friends and colleagues who bring so much joy and laughter to my life. And let's not forget about my furry companion, Max - he may be highly opinionated and persnickety, but he keeps me smiling and gives good snuggles!
